Return & Refund Policy

We take customer satisfaction seriously. However, due to the nature of medical supplies, our return and refund policies are as follows:

1. Return Eligibility
  • Only unused, sealed items in original packaging may be returned.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items such as thermometers, masks, gloves, and opened medical consumables are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Refund Process
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
