All courses sold on MediGearGlobal are digital products delivered immediately upon successful payment. By completing a purchase, you gain instant access to course materials, which makes the transaction non-reversible in most cases.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 No Refunds after Access

We do not offer refunds once a course has been accessed or downloaded, in full or in part.

2.2 Eligibility for Refunds

A refund request may be considered only if:

• You purchased the course in error and have not accessed any part of the course.
• You experienced technical issues preventing access, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
• The course description was materially misleading and differs significantly from what was delivered (subject to internal review).

3. Cancellations

Since access to content is granted immediately upon purchase, cancellations are not permitted once payment is completed.

4. Promo Codes and Discounts

Promo codes and discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases. Courses bought using a promo code are also subject to the same refund restrictions above.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised without first contacting our support team, your account may be suspended or terminated. We strongly encourage users to contact us for assistance before disputing a charge with your payment provider.
